Divine Solren Private Limited

Divine Solren Private Limited (Divine Solren), operator of a 50MW solar farm in the state of Telangana, was acquired in April 2020. A 25-year power purchase agreement with the local distribution company is in place.

CLP has a 60% indirect equity ownership in 50% ownership in Divine Solren through Apraava Energy. CDPQ indirectly owns 50% through its equity stake in Apraava Energy.
